South Jersey Support Groups????

Does anyone know of any groups in the Woodbury area? Just want to talk to some common folks who deal with the everyday challenges of WLS. You all know what I am talking about - getting enough water in, what to eat next and will it work for me, am I getting enough excersise, who can I workout with, who can I tell about this and will they understand? Just the things that influnce the rest of our lives. Please anyone know of a group? Thanks, rick - rr jackson

Hi Rick, There is a local WLS support group in your area and I've attached a link to the yahoo group to find out more info & the next mtg date....I believe is 9/16/05. I've been fortunate in meeting Chrissie, the woman that started this meeting a few years ago and has been very inspirational and informative to me and the whole wonderful support group for a few years now. We are open to pre-operative and post-operative patients of any surgeons, and also to those who are still in the researching phase of gastric bypass surgery.
