clothing

I'm sure this is going to happen to everyone. I have 3 bags of beautiful clothing that is to big. Any ideas where/what I can do with them?

I take mine to our local YWCA and donate them to the battered women's shelter. Amazing how many battered women are obese and leave their homes with the clothes on thier back.

I grew up in Sandy Oregon, east of Mount Hood, and lived in Portland for almost 18 years as an adult. I also have a dear friend in Tri Cities Washington.. worked the boat races there (security) one year. Mine go to my chuch they distribute them to needy people. There is also a clothing exchange on this websight but I don't know how well it works. I was just thinking yesterday I have a beautiful coat in my closet that I know will be huge this year. I so wish I could give it to someone I knew. If there is anyone out there that needs clothes in a 30/32 or shoes 10 WW I have a few pair, give me a shout!

I sold a lot of mine at my office. I donated a lot of my business clothing to Dress for Success - dressforsuccess.org Some I took to the clothing exchange at my support group. The rest I donated to a shelter for battered women. P~ "Life is too short to wear sensible shoes!"
