re: House Plants !! Plant Starts wanted.

HELLO all. I am a redneck. Transplanted... educumicated (thats educated in redneck speak.. dont you know...) and everythin.... BUT.. still a redneck. Now a New Jersey, newly married... about to be- Grad student... REDNECK.. but still male.. and still a redneck. (breaks into chorus of.. **still redneck after alllllll theseeee years**) Some things *never* change. Today I am a redneck in search of household greenery.. aka.. HOUSEPLANTS. Anyone have any houseplant starts for sale?? I already Asked Betsy Betsy.... but tossing the offer open to *all*. ~~~~~Make Money today ! ~~~~~~ ~~~Sell your houseplant starts for real, coin of the realm~~~~... ~~~dinero... cash `even !!~~~~ I want green ones. How is that for.... adventuresome and educated? NO Christmas Cactus however... they never bloom fer me even putting in dark closets.... etc etc. Spider plants.....Boston Ferns, philodenrwhatever... ok ok Im not so good with names. Gimme a break.. I cant be gregarious.. male.. enthusiastic... **AND** know plants names. Come on. Next you will want me to wear PINK and speak with a .. **never mind**... ( be NICE Timothy.)... Ok ok.. Im sorry to all you lovers of PINK clothing**)... but this boy dont wear no pink.... no offense meant : ) Us Rednecks have **limits** you know : P I will gladly pay real dinero.. money.. to anyone with some house plant starts? I am actually good with plants, I had plants BNJ (thats before New Jersey) a long time ago.. for two years until.... I decided one fair day in the summer 2003....to up and spontaniously take a ferry across Lake Michigan from one city in Wisconsin.. to Michigan... then my van broke down in Luddington Michigan... and it was 9 weeks before I could get home. The plant funerals.. I played Johnny Cash... somehow the Man in Black... seemed appropo... they were... were sad. : ( Plants you see.. love water, soft rock music from the 60s and 70s, and miracle grow if your male and fearful of plants-not-growing-itis. I learned this trick growing 20 pounds of tomatos on 3 plants in a 4 foot bed long ago.. in Portland, Oregon. Even being male... with Miracle Grow and some good ROCK... all things plant like are possible. **solemn timmy nod**. Now.. I am a (relatively) STABLE WLS post op male.. in new digs with my happy bride, I compulsively wash dishes (more on that later : P ) but otherwise... I dont listen to rock louder than 6 on the dial.. and I try hard to be a respectable potential plant owner. *Insert Timmy Ray...plaintive look... earnest expression of wanna-be-plant-owner..*HERE -----------> X* Green plants would make this happy redneck decorator of his new digs VERY happy. So whaddya say ladies? I am in central jersey... if you live NORTH New Jersey...... I am going to Staten Island on this weekend... (this saturday) and could travel up *DER* (like the NYC area)...after dropping my lovely wife off to take a cruise (lucky gal aint she?)... Bermuda with her Mother.. they will have a lovely time Im sure... And if you live south.. (like atlantic City..) and can wait till October we are going to Atlantic City in early October.... Otherwise... central jersey ... Im there almost anytime. Come on.. h Pretty please ... With sugar and cream... Help a brother out... make a grown man like me ... ** get all plant appreciative and ....misty**... Please? Someone with plants.... who knows my plight... post ? Any real crisis .. you would have been instructed where to tune in your area... for instructions, news and other necessary items. This was only a test.
