Looking for a "metabolic physician"

Hi. I am 3 months post op and just found out that I am vitamin deficient. My surgeon asked me to see a "metabolic physician". The one they recommend is not covered under my insurance (actually I'm not sure they accept insurance at all). They want a doctor, not a dietician. Can anyone recommend someone that sounds like this in the Central Jersey area? I would certainly appreciate it. Thanks. Robin.
