I need help BYG TYME! Any Volunteers????????

I have a very unique yet serious / sensitive situation. As most of you know (if you frequent the forum) that Health Net has approved me for Gastric Bypass Surgery. I thought I had someone who who take me and pick me up from the hospital. As of last night this all changed. My so called boyfriend and I split up. He is the only one I have. My little lady is only 10 and you know the rest. I depended on him for moral support. I knew from the moment I informed him of my plan to go through with the procedure that he didnt want me to have it. Now he has most certainly confirmed my suspicions. What am I suppose to do? Drive myself to the hospital? Take a cab? Nothing is going to stop me from going through with the procedure. It is my destiny and my future. Is there anyone in the Passaic County / Bergen County / Essex County area willing to help a sister out. My surgery is scheduled to take place on 7/26 @ Hackensack Medical in Hackensack, NJ. I need to arrive at the hospital no later than 6:45. I will totally understand if no one wants to be obligated or sign up for this. But I have nothing to loose by a posting this sincere / heartfelt message. To all who even contemplate helping a sister out - Thanks. Yvette

Ok Girlfriend, I don't even know you, but I'm there. You're only about 45 minutes away from me, and you can absolutely count on me. I had to go to the hospital alone, because my mom had to stay with my 5 year old. It was so scary to be there all alone. If you need a ride, I got you. I am so sorry about your situation, but are you sure its over over? Aliya
