The Year Is Half Over Already!!!

Hi Everyone: HAPPY FRIDAY TO ALL!!! Time is just flying by so fast. Half the year is almost over and I can't believe that it's been 21 months since my surgery. I'm feeling great, taking my Carafate like a good boy and haven't had a pain in my stomach in weeks. I guess the doctor was right when he told me that the ulcer was minor and will clear up in a few weeks. I have found that with the weight loss comes greater confidence to explore new and exciting opportunities and to have choices in life that were not available to me. To illustrate this point, I got two calls this week from headhunters regarding positions with some major companies. Before WLS I would have probably blew them off but I decided to meet with them to check out what was available. I may wind up with an exciting new job soon so I'll keep all of you posted. Remember that as we lose the weight people will look at you differently. Just stay positive and sort of roll with the punches. Till next time, Jesse 373/190/-183
