Water, Water, Water!!!

Hi Everyone: HAPPY FRIDAY TO ALL!!! Well it's almost summer and I was just thinking about the need to make sure we all stay hydrated as the weather gets hotter. I know that if you are a new post-op it's difficult to get your water in but make the effort so you will not become dehydrated. I had no trouble drinking lats of water before my surgery and now I try to get in as much water as possible. Remember to get your water in. Now for the other stuff. Went to see the gastro doctor on Wednesday and I'm doing much better. He told me to keep taking the Carafate and my ulcer will clear up in about 6 weeks. Till next time, Jesse 373/190/-183
