It was a powerfully affirming experience having the opportunity to share my coaching method with those of you who attended my talk Sat. morning, class Sat. afternoon and/or personal consultations with me Fri. - Sun.! I know that this method can make the difference between a post-op future that is truly liberated or sliding back into the resist-or-surrender yoyo existence that drove us into morbid obesity.
