Just Checking In
Been reading the boards but haven't had anything to say so I thought I'd just check in.
It's four weeks since I had my LAP RNY and I've lost 31 pounds. I am very pleased and feel great overall.
I go back to work on Monday, 5/16, so I'm working on my "work day menu" for the week to ensure that I get in all my protein each day and eat on a regular schedule (nutritionist recommends 3 meals and 2 snacks per day, eating every three hours).
All in all, this journey has been going well and I look forward to continued success. I'm sure I'll hit some bumps along the way -- but that's when you guys will pull me through.
