Plastic Surgery -- Oxford Insurance -- Covered???

Hi all... Does anyone know if Oxford Liberty plan does/will cover any type of plastic surgery?... I called and was told, "unless you had some kind of major accident, don't even waste your time."... Anyone dealt with them??... Thanks!!... Cathy
