Down 104 Need a PS that accepts Horizon HMO

Hey all, Its been too long since I have had time to sit and post, or update my profile. I had my surgery on Aug. 17th, 04 and am now down 104 lbs. I am skin and bones now I mean litterally SKIN! It's great to have a size 8 body now, but I won't go out in public with short sleeves, shorts, or a bathing suit because I look like a sharpei (sp?). I need a good plastic surgeon who accepts Horizon BC/BS HMO. I know two excellent plastic surgeons, but neither accepts my HMO and the surgeries total over $16,000, needless to say I can't afford it.
