Does insurance pay for this?

Thanks for this Karen -- I do have one comment though. I did indeed seek out The Plastic Surgery Center when I was "interviewing" plastic surgeons late last year. Although I was pleased with the time taken to answer my questions at my appointment with them, as well as their knowledge in dealing with bariatric patients, and had no issue with their experience or skills, I was most put off by their prices! They were by far, the most expensive of any of the four plastic surgeons I spoke to. In fact, their price for a lower body lift (LBL) (just their fee, not hospital or OR fees) were double what I paid another Dr in Ramsey, NJ who is a renowned and published expert in this surgery. Additionally, their fee for a medial thigh lift is a bit more than I am paying this same Dr and he is also doing a face/neck lift for that price for me in June. Additionally, The Plastic Surgery Center would not assist with insurance claims as my surgeon did with my LBL. Ultimately, my insurance company paid 70% of my surgeon fees for the LBL, and 90% of hospital and OR fees. Just a comment!
