Help...Gallbladder?

I am scheduled for surgery on April 20. Just found out that Dr wants to take out my gallbladder at the same time. Has anyone had this done???

Yes, they took mine out also, 3/3/05 was my surgery. Trust me, you'll never know it's gone! I wish you well!

Hi, Maria: I'm having my surgery on Wednesday and my gallbladder's got to go, too. I have gallstones already and it would probably give me problems if it didn't come out. One less thing to worry about. Good luck! Barb
