Lucky day!

While I was driving to work yesterday morning my cell phone rang. It was the surgeons' office. I have my "date" (april 13)! I had to pull the car over ! I'm telling everyone! With everything going on in the world, all I can think of is my surgery. It's so exciting that I think it should be on the news! It's really happening! Barb

barb i feel great no pain i can,t believe it sometime my dh took off for the month just in case but i told him he could go back i,ll pray that you will have the same success.and I.ve lossed 20 pounds

Good morning, Latonia! You DO have a dh! I think MY dh (and my boss) believe I will still be working as the surgeon rearranges my innards! I have to remind them that I'll be taking the time I need to recover. Congratulations on your weight loss! WOW! It's great that you have no pain. Hope I'm as fortunate. Barb

Hey Barb - first time I've managed to get on the Jersey boards since we met last Friday night at the Ocean County support group. It was good to meet you. I hope that you found the meeting helpful and will be back for May's meeting. Keep us posted on your progress and let me know if you need anything. Good luck as you just the "losing side."
