Springing To Another Level!!!
Hi Everyone:
HAPPY APRIL FOOLS DAY!!!
Since joining my new gym I have been taking my exercise up to another level. My new gym has plenty of classes and I decided to try some of them this week. I took cardio kickboxing, a spin class and a six-pack abs session. I'm a little sore but it's a "good" soreness.
I'm so excited that I'm springing my exercise to a higher level and the trainers at my gym have been so supportive and have encouraged me to keep going to the classes along with my regular routine. I gave myself a "A" for effort and a "D" for technique but the trainers tell me as I get used to the classes my technique will improve. They were just pleased with my effort.
Now that spring is here I encourage everyone to get out and spring to another level.

I joined Planet Fitness in Union off Route 22. It's about 15 minutes from my house but it's worth it. Along with thr regular gym type stuff they have classes like cardio kickboxing, spinning, a six pack abs session, yoga arobics.
I really enjoy the place and they have a great staff that is willing and able to assist.
They also have a seperate part just for women with the same equipment so women don't have to feel imtimidated by working out with the guys.
