Support group in Ocean County

I'm pre-op and have gone to the 2 support group meetings my surgeon requires. It takes about an hour to get there. I would like to go every month, but it's so far! I'm looking for something in Ocean County so I can go every month. Is there anyone out there who goes to a support group in the Toms River area? Barb
