getting coverage

hi everyone, went for my ps consultation today and just wanted to see if anyone has BC/BS of NJ and has gotten any type of ps covered with them. i am looking to have tt, thigh lift lower body lift, breast lift and arms done. ps office quoted me a price of $34,000.00 not including facility fee and anesti. fee. he did say i could probably get my tt and breast covered, but everything else probably not. any advise is appreciated i am working on a limited budget as well. thanks sherry
