A Little Snow-So What!!!

Hi Everyone: HAPPY FRIDAY!!! We had another winter blast last night (about 5 inches) so I spent time before going to work digging out again. I was just thinking that before surgery I would have dreaded ths snow because digging out would have led to much pain and exaustion. Now I can shovel snow with no pain, no exaustion and feel great after doing it. Now I just look at it as getting in my exercise for the day. You must be thinking to yourself by now that I'm crazy but this surgery has really meant getting healthier and being able to go and go without pain and exaustion. I no longer look at basic tasks as drudgery. I look at them as opportunities to do what a "normal" person does. Till next time, Jesse 373/190/-183

hi, jesse! i don't think you're crazy for for being able to do basic tasks like shoveling snow. i'm looking forward to that! while you were shoveling, my husband (who has been amazingly supportive) was driving me 70 miles to my psych eval. now that's !!! barb
