New to the site

Hello I'm new to this site just finding my way around. My doc says I can have nonfat no sugar added yogurt with my full liquid diet. Any sugestions for good brands.

Hi Tracy, I hated all of the flavored yogurts at that time. For some reason, they were too sweet, even the non-sugar ones. I loved the Axelrod fat free vanilla flavored one. It was plainer, with a little flavor, but went down smooth. Good luck. Fran
