Support Group open house

Weight Loss Surgery Patients Support from others is a key factor to success when you've chosen to go through this drastic lifestyle change. We're here to help! The M.O.R.E. Foundation is a non-profit organization that sponsors topic driven support meetings twice a month, coupled with a social calendar and fund raising events where post ops can interact with other people that share common experiences. Come to our open house on January 31st from 7-8 p.m. to find out more about our group and what we offer. John, Thank you so much for posting this! I've been thinking that I wish my surgeon's group met more than once a month. Particularly for a new post-op (which I will be end of next week!) a month is a long time to go. Unfortunately, I had a prior commitment yesterday. Was wondering if you know when the February scheudle will be put up on the site? Also, it appears from your post that your surgery did not necessarily have to be at Valley or with a particular surgeon. Is that correct? Thanks so much, Marie LRNY next week

I am in the process of updating the website today. The meetings for February are on the 7th and the 14th at the Kraft Center, starting at 6:30. You are more than welcome to attend. If we don't see you prior to the surgery, good luck, I am sure everything will be fine. Our meetings for March are the 7th and 14th as well. Take care. John
