Hi, I grew up in Elizabeth. I went to school 15 school 1 and to saint patricks catholic school. I left new jersey 12 yrs ago and havent been back. How is the city. I still remember my address it was 108 fulton street. I use to love it their. I have to do a trip and go visit my old places...... thanks for hearing me out... iraida

Hi Iraida! I don't live in Elizabeth, but one of my best friends does! She lives on Jacques Street. Do you know where that is? I was only there once (about two months ago). I'm more Central NJ (Somerset County). Christine 245/218/150ish?

Iraida: You gat me to bite because Elizabeth is my home. I went to School 14, Hamilton and Lafayette Jr. High and Jefferson High (before Elizabeth HS was built). I don't know how long you've been gone but we now have a mall by the airport, the projects in the Port have been torn down and replaced with townhouses and houses are being built on every piece of vacant land developers can find. Your old places may not be there any more so write back and I'll let you know. Jesse

Dear Jesse, Was born and raised in Elizabeth, as were my parents. Graduated from Battin HS in 1973, but went to catholic school prior to Battin. Lived in Elmora all my life. Still remember when the three schools were Battin, Jeff, and the vo-tech (name?). Have not been back in quite a few years but have great memories of childhood. Take care. Mary
