I have been working out at the local gym and I overheard some of the members that they take flax oil everyday. I am wondering if there is anyone out there taking this?

Flax seed oil is supposed to be very good for reducing cholesterol, promotes good heart health, protects and makes your skin "glow". Just like another vitamin to add to your daily routine.

I do not use the oil but I use the flax seeds. I grind them in my coffee grinder and find that they help me after surgery for constipation. They are great. I love them. Kathy
