HAVE BEEN DENIED AFTER FIRST LETTER.I HAVE ALOT OF PROBLEMS WITH AMERIGROUP NJ (MEDICAID).I TALKED TO MY DOCTOR AND HE SAID THEY GIVE A VERY HARD TIME ABOUT WLS.
