6th Month update

Hello everyone Went to the doctor's today for my checkup. It was 6 months ago that I had the surgery. I am happy because I lost a total of 95 lbs. I need to loss 45 more lbs to be at goal. I wanted to be 100 lbs. less but I will take 95 lbs. I was wonderful I do not see the change in me. I still see myself fat is this normal. I feel good and everyone says I look wonderful, but I still see a fat lady. I just wanted everyone to know how great I am doing at sixth months. Kathy

Hi Kathy, you look great!!!!!!!!!! I'm proud of you and i bet Dr. Iqbal was to!!!!!!!!!! Keep up the good work!!!!!!!! I'm only 41/2 months out down 70lbs as of the gym scale hope to be where your at !!!!!!!!! I been meaning to ask you do you go to the gym and if so where and when maybe we can get together!!!!!!
