For me !!!! Today I was able to ware my size large sweat pants !!!! WOOOOOOOOOOO HOOOOOOOOOOO !!!!! I'm soooooooooo glad I did this !!!! Laura 238/193/135 Down 45 lbs. !!!!!

Congrats, Laura! Isn't that the best? I bought real jeans last week...the kind with zippers and pockets and names like Levi's and Land's End...and no elastic waists! AND they fit! Makes ya feel like this was all worth it
