You've really been through the wringer with your insurance people and this shows others that persistence pays off I'm just so happy for you, you have no idea :} The next two weeks are going to FLY by...believe me. Congratulations Susan. Boy have you been through it. Good Luck with the surgery. Your date is the Wednesday before Thanksgiving? That will be tough but since you have been through so much already, missing this Thanksgiving will be the beginning of learning to eat in a new way.
