INSURANCE ISSUE

I've been denied by my current insurance company (Cigna) and currently researching the Blue Cross/Blue Shield plans. Has anyone used the "Traditional Plan"? This plan has been recommended by my PCP's office as well as the surgeon I'm planning on using. Does anyone have advice for me?
