I'm on the "other side" WOOHOO

Thank you all so much that sent me prayers and well wishes!!! My surgery went fine with no complications on Monday (Thank You Jesus). Came home on Wednesday. Doing really good, just a bit sore and tired. Taking my vitamins and sip, sip, sipping away. Trying to combat gas pains with walking. Sleeping in the recliner, so much easier to get out of! My first check up is next week...I'll post what I've lost then.

Great news Trish- I used Maalox with Gas X for those gas pains (ask your doc first!)... and walked, walked, walked. I also slept on the couch FOR A MONTH afterwards (couldnt get in and out of the bed because its high off the ground) Good luck to you and let us know how its going =) ~Janine
