PHCS precertification

Does anyone have any experience with PHCS and their pre-certification process in the past year or so? The woman who handles pre-certifications at my surgeon's office is concerned that they may require a more recent supervised diet than mine. I wanted to see if anyone else has been through pre-cert iwth them in the last year or so, and can give me an idea of what they're looking for, and any issues or problems that came up. (I've already tried asking for their guidelines, and they wont give them.) We're submitting for pre-cert in the next few days, so any help you can give that might help me avoid a rejection would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks! Eileen
