Hi Arleen, I had my lap band at Monmouth Medical in Long Branch with Dr Borao..............so far I have paid out of pocket $37.50 after surgery and $50 for my last fill........I was covered for my first fill completely. He is a really wonderful surgeon with a GREAT staff and the support group is so very helpful. Good Luck in you search.
