I NEED YA HELP ASAP

I HAVE EVERYTHING FINISHED BUT I DIDN'T SEE A NUTRITION YET IN I ONLY HAVE 8 DAYS LEFT FOR SURGERY.....I'M SO GLAD APPROVAL WIT HORIZON MERCY SAID THEY WILL GIVE ME A ANSWER IN 3 DAYS IF I HURRY IN GET EVERYTHING FAXED TO THEM BY THRUSDAY.........WHERE CAN I SEE A NUTRITION WITHOUT A REFARRAL???? CUZ MY DOCTOR IS ON VACATION????????????????///// I'MI N TRENTON NJ AND MY SURGERY IS IN NEWARK NJ

Hey cozzete you are most deffently have to see the nutrinionist. I saw my mines at the last moment and was regreting it . cause when i came home from the hospital i did not know what to eat when I got home. And i had to call her at her office to get the details to eat and on top of that i had to call several of times cause she did not answered her phone. I mean that's what I went through. HEY COZETTE I SAW THAT YOU SAID THAT YOU ARE HAVING SURGERY IN NEWARK. WHO IS YOUR DOCTOR? I HAD MY SURGERY IN PATERSON NJ. CAUSE I DID NOT FIND A DOCTOR IN NEWARK. SO I HAD TO GO TO PATERSON NJ. I ASLO HAVE HORIZON MERCY. I DO NOT KNOW IF YOU HAVE MEDICAID OR YOU HAVE IT BY YOUR JOB INSURANCE . THE REASON I ASK YOU IS BECAUSE I AM FROM NEWARK.

I went to the Siegler Center, located in the St Barnabas Ambulatory Care Center for my nutritionist consult. They specialize in consults for WLS patients.
