Hi Everyone: Well it's been 49 weeks since my surgery and my has the time has just flown by. It's 3 weeks to my one year anniversary and it seems like just yesterday that I was "in limbo" because my first surgeon had resigned from the hospital he worked at and I was implementing my Plan B. I'm still holding at 190 pounds (a 183 pound loss) and I'm feeling better than ever. Now that I've been weight training since January I am courious about my body fat %. I've been investigating various products that can determine body fat % on the market and will probably decide next week which product I will buy. Imagine, last year at this time body fat % was the farthest thing from my mind. I didn't even want to know. Now I want to know as an indication of how far I have come. Another funny thing happened to me this week. I went into the Men's store where my mother bought me 2 suits for Christmas. At that time I was a 50 Regular. I wanted to look around because now the suits are too big. As I was looking a salesman came to me and said "Sir, you're in the wrong section, your size is on the other side of the store." Imagine, being led to the smaller sizes just from someone taking a look at me. What a concept (LOL). I am now a 42 Regular so I guess next week I will be buying suits. Success comming from WLS can be measured in a variety of ways. Even the smallest things should be considered a success. I know that many people look for the big successes but it's the little daily trimumphs that mean the most. Count each day as a success and eventually each small success will build into the big success we all are seeking. Till next time, Jesse 373/190/-183
