Getting depressed, doing the Cigna shuffle

Wow what an ordeal you have been through. What were the reasons they were denying you over and over again? They told me that the reason for my denial was a recent 6 month dr supervised weight loss plan. I am 2 months in and 4 to go. I am hoping for surgery in January. Is this the reason they denied you?
