Need Help with vitamins and finding a plastic surgeon??

I could use some advice on vitamins to take. I know calcium and b-12 but what main vitamin do guys take that wont bankrupt me. Also I am starting to lookin into my body lift and hernia repair so any help finding a good surgeon in the Essex county area would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much Lisa

I have been taking Vista Vitamins for bariatric patients since about 4 months post op and my lab work has been great -- the cost for an auto-refill program is $75 for 2 months. They come in two types, chewable and gel-caps. I take the gel caps and find them very easy to swallow. As for a PS, I am starting this journey too -- everyone I speak to recommends Capella in Ramsey, NJ - he seems to be the resident expert on ps for bariatric patients.
