Problem sleeping

It is one week today that I had surgery. I have had no problems except for one thing. I cannot sleep. I cannot get comforable and I just can't relax. How long does this last? Any suggestions? Kathy

Ihere that a lot on the boards, i don't have one but am thinking of renting one as someone suggest here. I am missrable without sleep! well talk to ya later try getting some rest ok. Denice
