insurance questions

I'm seeing my surgeon tomorrow and hopefully my ins. will be submitted then. Has anyone had any problems with insurance. I have horizon ppo

Good luck tomorrow !!! I have Horizon BCBS HMO and I'm still waiting to hear if I was approved. When I called them they said it usually takes a week for approval so I have a few more days to go !!! My Dr. said Horizon is one of the company's that is easy to get a approval from !!! I will keep my fingers crossed for you !!!! GOOD LUCK Laura

Very true - unless your employee specifically blocked out gastric bypass surgery in your plan, BCBS, whether Horizon, Keystone or Personal Choice, is very generous with approvals. Good luck! Denise
