I love a good sale, and I'm sure many of you do too! I browsed at Costco today, checking prices, and picking up things I will need after my surgery ( ONLY 7 MORE DAYS!!!!!) I wrote down some info, and thought I'd share some of what I found. You might want to run outand take advantage of a few too! Crystal Light-Three cans(boxed together, 12 of those little tubs) for $6.99 Fruit 2-0 - 24 bottles (asst. flavors) for $9.99 (or 42 cents each!) Kirkland Fat Free Vanilla Soy Milk (great source of protein) 12 qts./$10.99 S/F Jello-(premade little containers) 18 count/$4.99 (about 28 cents ea.) Lipton Decaf Tea Bags-144 Count/$5.99 Equal-700 Ct/$13.99 There might be better prices out there ( I understand Walmart has their own brand of Crystal Light cheaper, although mine doesn't carry it )Walmart also has the best price on S/F Koolaid. Its worth checking out you local grocery store too. Shopright and CVS Pharmacy has Chewable Multivitamins, and calcium on sale. Do make sure that your dietician/nutrician approves of the above mentioned items before buying them. While mine does, yours may not. Hope this has been helpful!

Thank you so much for taking the time to post your findings on these products. I'm frazzled about all the different foods that you can and can't eat. If you have any info about different protein drinks that taste good please let me know. I hope you do well with your surgery and you will be in my prayers. Good Luck and If no one has told you yet......I'm soooo proud of you for making the decision to save and take care of yourself!!!! Best Wishes Crystal Martin
