Insurance Approval Pending...In search of an angel

Hi everyone, I was wondering if anyone out there has any experience with Cigna POS? I am currently waiting for their pre approval for my initial consult with my surgeon. Does anyone have any suggestions that may help me to get my approval? I there anything I can do to help my doctor? I have been on every kind of diet through my life but I do not have any doctor documentation becasue it was a while ago. I have heard of people writing letters on their own behalf. Any help would be appreciated. And I was also wondering if there was anyone out there who would be willing ot be my angel?
