Looking Like I'm Bach In High School

Happy Tuesday Everyone: As I go through my 23rd week since surgery I am extremely pleased with the results of my surgery. Today I weighed in at 230 pounds. That's a 143 pound loss and I'm only 5 pounds from my high school weight in 1975. I'm 23 pounds past my surgeon's goal and I feel great. Been lifting weights for approx. a month now to go along with my cardio work and I can now begin to see muscles where there was once just fat. I guess I'm becomming lean & mean (LOL). I guess it's time for another photo. Maybe I'll take it with my shirt off if I can get that past my wife. She's already hinting that with my new body she will not let me out of the house (LOL).
