Counseling

I was wondering if anyone has seen a counselor Post-Op in order to deal with the emotional issues of food, obesity, and things like that in the South Jersey area and could recommend anyone. I've reached my goal, am 20 months post-op, lost 120 lbs., but still wrestle with "head" things. Thanks for your help.

I haven't done that, but I do attend a support group regularly and I find that helps, being able to just talk it out with my compatriots who more than understand.
