Insurance troubles

Hi everyone, I'm new here to this site and to the thought of gastric bypass surgery. I've been learning as much as I can before I make my ultimate decision and I've noticed that my insurance (Health Net ADVTG Platinum) is a major pain to deal with. I just wanted to know if anyone who has HealthNet had a problem in recent months dealing with them. It's already a diffucult decision to make with having the surgery, but it could be even more difficult dealing with my insurance company. Thanks a bunch, ~Cara
