Psychologist & Nutrionist Info

Hi Everyone, Looking into the surgery, but having a prob finding a psychologist & nutritionist (the 2 my DR reco'd do not take my insurance) Does anyone have Horizon blue cross/blue shield & can reco sombody in the Bergen/Passaic/Essex Cnty area? Thanks

I had my surgery by Garth Ballantyne, MD through Hackensack Medical Center... THe way it worked for me was he referred me to everyone and as they all worked in conjunction with the hospital, all was approved... Check into it and see if Horizon BC/BS works that way too... Good luck, Cathy

hi i have empire bc/bs-----i had called them --they give u an autherization number--my psychologist takes it--his name is Dr. Zaidi--hes in teaneck N.J--good luck!!!!!!!!!
