I work out regularly - especially my abs, however, I noticed today, a pin and needle pain in my stomach, I'm not sure if it stems from over-exercise or if there maybe a problem. Has anyone else ever experienced this?

you are not alone, i have had stomach pains for the past 2 months. Although i dont exercise regularly, i know what you are going to. I have been through so many tests and they cant find anything
