I hope someone can help me. I had my surgery in March 2003 and already see that I'm going to need plastic surgery for extra skin on my arms and breasts, and possibly me thighs. I want to know if my insurance carrier (Cigna PPO) will pay for the procedures, and if so, what do I need to do?
