Some Insurance Tips

Hi everyone. I'm new to the message boards but have been with AMOS for over a year. I work for one of the largest insurance companies in NJ. I just wanted to let everyone know that if they have a Traditional/PPO insurance product and they are going out of network the insurance will only pay 80%, 70%, (whatever your plan is) of Reasonable and Customary charges. Just because everyone in the State of NJ is charging $12,500 does not make that Reasonable and Customary. This can become VERY costly for you. Have the insurance company do a predetermination for you so that you will now exactly what will be paid. Then there will be no surprises. Good luck everyone!! P.S.
