I was DENIED!! :o(

Hi, I have BCBS PPO of South Carolina and they said it was due to a "contract exclusion". Well you just better believe i"m not taking this hooky-dooky lying down! If anyone has experienced this type of denial before, what did you do? Thanks!

i originally got denied for lack of paperwork, which they had but otherlooked. i appealed the same day and was approved in a few days. be persistent and don't give up!
