Ocean County WLS support group

Hi all Just a reminder that the next OCWLS meeting will be Friday, November 21, from 7:30-9:00pm at 525 Jack Martin Blvd, 3rd floor, Brick. Main topic will be recipe sharing--so bring one of your favorite WLS-friendly recipes and a notebook to copy down some that others have to share!
