has any one had a bitter taste in their mouth after surgery? i hate it

Yes I also had the awful taste in my mouth after surgery. I just brushed my teeth more often and have to say that I have noticed it going away more and more each day. Someone told me it could be from all the meds given while in the hospital.

I am 4 weeks post op and I still have that taste in my mouth. I just can't seem to get enough water to take it away. Roger
