Its been a long while since I posted! I just wanted to say hi and I hope you are all enjoying your wls journey (as hard as it may be sometimes)!!!

Having weight loss surgery was the best decision of my life. *It's not a solution for everyone* but it was the right one for me.

I would be happy to help you in any way I can. I know that if I treat my surgery with respect and protect my investment, I will get from it what I was promised….a successful journey to a healthy life.

There is NO finish-line. Healthy food choices, move your body, work on the head!
