Reminder - OCWLS Meeting and Holiday Party
Just a brief reminder that this Friday, December 3rd is the normally scheduled meeting of the Toms River OCWLS Support Group. We meet at Community Medical Center, Auditorium A at 7pm.
At this special meeting, we will start with a very abbreviated meeting and then proceed to our Holiday Party (in the same room), so everyone please bring a WLS-friendly food or beverage to share. Of course, since we can only have a 'taste' of everything, use discretion in quantities.
If you bring a special dish that you've made yourself, it would be awesome if you could also bring some copies of the receipe, with nutritional breakdown, to share!
As always, the Ocean County Weight Loss Surgery (OCWLS) Support Group is a peer-to-peer group which is open to individuals who have undergone various types of weight loss surgery, or to those who are anticipating or planning this kind of lifestyle change. Supportive family members and friends are also welcome.
